Day 1
Individual arrival. We welcome
you to our beautiful house
from 14.00. Stroll through the
historic old town of Detmold and
and get in the mood for the history of
Westphalia. In the evening we will spoil
you with a delicious dinner
in our restaurant “THECOBBLER”.

Day 2
After you have strengthened yourself at our
rich breakfast buffet,
you can go by bus, car (approx. 5min)
or on foot (approx. 15min) towards
the Freilichtmuseum Detmold.
Experience the history of Westphalia
in Europe’s largest Freilichtmuseum.
On 90 hectares of cultural landscape,
you will get an overview of
the development and change of the
everyday and cultural history of Westphalia.
Rural lifestyles and
historic houses and farms bear traces
of over 500 years of Westphalian
history. Constantly changing
hands-on activities and exhibitions
invite families in particular
to linger. In the Museum Village,
in the restaurant “Im Weißen Ross”,
enjoy a hearty lunch and
a freshly tapped Detmold beer!

Get a good night’s sleep – we have
an extensive breakfast buffet ready
for you until 10.00 a.m.
